Sports are full of wins and losses, highs and lows.

In the same way, we face all sorts of wins and all sorts of losses in life.

So how do we pick up the ball and keep going after the losses?

Well today, let’s talk through how to recover after a tough loss in life…

  1. Step One: First and foremost, it’s important to recognize what went wrong. Figure out why you dropped the ball. Learning from your mistakes is so crucial!
  2. Step Two: Next, be sure to come up with a game plan to avoid making the same mistake. What guidelines or boundaries can you implement to ensure a victory next time around?
  3. Step Three: And finally, learn to simply enjoy the game–win or lose. Life is short, so make the most of the day to day moments you have with family and friends.
