• Build Leaders with Patience: Leadership doesn’t come easily. It develops slowly over time. So when your first conversation with someone doesn’t immediately transform them into a leader, don’t lose heart! Instead, be sure to patiently invest in them over and over.
• Build Leaders with Purpose: Most importantly, building leaders requires you to act and speak with purpose. Be sure that your words encourage and inspire and invite the people around you to be the best they can be!
